Victoria Beckham 2013

 It´s one of my favourite brand. This is Spring/Summer 2013 collection.
Victoria Beckham shows that less is more. Her models were only black, white, camel and red. How simple is that?

My fav model are dress in the middle- the camel one.

Here are  my favourites. While "spring shopping" I will have it in my mind :) Summer and spring are so close, even right now is snow outside, but I believe that it all disappear soon :)

Exercise

It is 2013 already and a lot of people set as a plan for this year to lose weight. I am saying: DO NOT WISH FOR ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO DO!
For those who mean it ( or for those who just wants to do some sport) here are some tips for great exercise! :)

1. This first one is called Victoria Secret Modells Full Body Workout. At first I was like: Oooh, I am too lazy to do it.(Even it is just 10 minutes!!! ) But than I started and it was worth it. It is killing, in the end, but I think effective!  You can find it HERE

2. This one I found when I was looking for some ballerina workout. (Those girls have great legs!!:) ) This one takes 40 minutes, and truly after first 15 minutes I wished to be end :D It is not shooted professionaly but I don´t think that is problem.

3. While doing this one, your thights will burn. I am not in amazing shape or something like that, but I have a little condition. This video is kind of older, takes only 8 minutes, and a lot of shots are at the mens thights, maybe too much :D But this one is a lot effective.

Clothbag--beauty bag tutorial

Plátené tašky sú bez pochybne ekologické, momentálne aj dosť moderné. Ja im však moc neviem prísť na chuť, maximálne na nákup potravín. Túto tašku som dostala ako darček k jednému vydaniu magazínu ELLE. Nikdy som ju nenosila, tak ma napadlo prešiť ju a zmeniť na beauty bag!

Cloth bag are sure ecofriendly and also modern. I dont know why, but I dont like them much. Only for shopping to supermarket. This bag I recieved as a gift with ELLE magazine. I have never wore it before, so I decided to turn it to beauty bag!
Tutorial
1. Odpárate z tašky ušká, možete ich aj odstrihnúť ale ak ich chcete ešte použiť neodporúčam.
Get away hangers.

2. Zašite vrch tašky (miesto kde sa otvára)

Sew the top of bag(place where it is opening)

 

3. Zložte tašku na polovicu, potlačou k sebe. Potom zošite boky, vrch nechajte uzatvorený.

 Fold the bag, with print together. Than sew sides, leave top open.

 Zošite pozdĺž čiarok.

Sew as the lines are draw

4. Prevráťte tašku. A je hotová! Ak chcete aby sa dala zapínať našite zips. Mne takáto otvorená celkom vyhovuje :)
Je to veľmi ľahké, avšak bez šijaceho stroja zdĺhavé.

Turn over. And it is done! If you want to close that bag, you need to sew a zip. I like this open version. :) It is very very easy but if you do not own a sewing machine it can last you longer.
