The fifth thing I'll write about are French Fries. Yes they are not healthy and not so good for your figure. With me you can learn a new way of doing them and still without too much fat. I saw this recipe in Jamie Oliviers show.
You will need:
Potatoes (3 of middle size per person)
Olive oil 1 table spoon
For citrus salt:
2 table spoons of sea salt
Rosemary
Citrus crust
Cut potatoes on strapps and roast on oil on pan one minute. Than get in bowl add citrus salt- which prepare this way: mix salt, lemone crust and cutted rosemary and mash- bake for 15 minutes(200 degrees).
