This is sadly truth. Just a few people have that lucky that they can eat anything without getting more fat. For those who are not I have few tips.
EAT less stupid food, WORK OUT more.
Do that SPORT you LIKE.
Do it because YOU WANT to!
because you want to feel better.
because you want to look better.
Go thru pain.
Just do it!
Dont give up on your resolution and dont lose your habbits just because its colder outside! :)
