Exercise

It is 2013 already and a lot of people set as a plan for this year to lose weight. I am saying: DO NOT WISH FOR ANYTHING YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO DO!
For those who mean it ( or for those who just wants to do some sport) here are some tips for great exercise! :)

1. This first one is called Victoria Secret Modells Full Body Workout. At first I was like: Oooh, I am too lazy to do it.(Even it is just 10 minutes!!! ) But than I started and it was worth it. It is killing, in the end, but I think effective!  You can find it HERE

2. This one I found when I was looking for some ballerina workout. (Those girls have great legs!!:) ) This one takes 40 minutes, and truly after first 15 minutes I wished to be end :D It is not shooted professionaly but I don´t think that is problem.

3. While doing this one, your thights will burn. I am not in amazing shape or something like that, but I have a little condition. This video is kind of older, takes only 8 minutes, and a lot of shots are at the mens thights, maybe too much :D But this one is a lot effective.
